SpiderIvy cannot be responsible for the content of sites included in
the Directory and you agree to hold SpiderIvy harmless of said

Any personal identifiable information (PII) obtained from submission
forms, or via other electronic means will not be used for marketing
purposes or shared with other companies.
Upon accessing SpiderIvy certain information is obtained and stored
from your browser, including your IP address, your browser type, the
date, and the referring Web site address. We use this information to
see how SpiderIvy is used and to learn how we can improve our
services. This information is not shared with other companies.
Volunteer editors will also have access to your PII either from your
submission form or via other electronic means, such as email. As we
have no control over volunteer editors this privacy policy does not
apply to that information.
